| A. Heavy / Bulky surcharges For pieces or packages weighing or measuring over three revenue tons (3,000 kgs / 3 CBM) the following additional freight per ton shall be assessed in addition to the applicable tariff rates. Over 3 tons up to 5 tons ........................................ US$3.00 Over 5 tons up to 10 tons ...................................... US$5.00 Over 10 tons up to 15 tons .................................... US$7.00 Over 15 tons up to 20 tons .................................... US$9.00 Over 20 tons up to 25 tons .................................... US$15.00 Over 25 tons up to 30 tons .................................... US$20.00 Over 30 tons up to 40 tons .................................... US$25.00 Over 40 tons up to 50 tons .................................... US$32.00 Over 50 tons up to 60 tons .................................... US$39.00 Over 60 tons up to 70 tons .................................... US$46.00 Over 70 tons up to 80 tons .................................... US$53.00 Over 80 ................... US$1.00 shall be assessed on every additional 10 revenue tons or fraction thereof. B. Long length surcharge For all pieces or packages measuring over 10 meters, the following additional freight per ton shall be assessed in addition to the applicable tariff rates.
