| (Calculation) 1) 20FT charge is 90% of 40FT charge's and 45FT charge is 112.5% of 40FT charge's.. 2) In case of 20FT charge, it is applied to 108% of 40FT charge when the pure weight of cargoes is -10 tons and 2 containers are loaded by combined at same premise (except refer container). 3) When the cargo's dimension is exceeded to 'Road regulation', if any, it is occurred additionaly 'licence fee'. 4) Any cities which are not listed on the table are applied to the closest cities' average charge. (Exception and limitation) 5) Container's loading over width and over height cargo violation 'Road regulation' and TANK container's surcharges are decided by both parties. It is not acceptable when the cargo exceeds max. payload of 'Road regulation'. (Reefer container surcharge) 6) Refer container surcharge is 30% of tariff rate's. (Dangerous road surcharge) 7) Dangerous and limited road surcharge is 30% of tariff rate's (Minimum). (Dangerous cargo surcharge) 8) Dangerous cargo surcharges are as below per item. (Dangerous cargo, poisonous cargo: 50%, gunpowder: 200%, Radioactive material: 300%). (Holiday and Night surcharge) 9) When the transportation is arranged on holiday and night by client's request, the surcharge is 20% of tariff rate's. (Tractor and chassis charge) 12) BOBTAIL cahrges are 43%/40FT and 45%/20FT of tariff rate. (Cancel charge) 13) Cancel charge is 75% of tariff rate. (Others) 14) This TARIFF is including transportation management fee. 15) The TARIFF which are not listed on the table are pending on both parties without violation of regulation. 16) When administrative district is changed, it is applied to average f new and previous tariff rate. 17) The charges are not including V.A.T (10%). 18) This TARIFF is rounding off to KRW1,000 (exception : VAT). (Validity) 19) The charge is applied from Nov. 21. 2005 |
